High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of six (6) months work experience .  Clean and maintain the municipal property.  Work involves frequent walking, standing, lifting of up to 20 pounds, and some outside work.  Must have knowledge of cleaning practices, procedures, and equipment.  Knowledge of occupational safety rules and practices.   Must have the ability to understand specific oral and written instructions.   Hours and schedule to be determined.  Salary: $13.07/hour
