NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Arcadia will accept sealed bids IFB 2025-06 TRIBUTARY F BOX CULVERTS REPLACEMENT being funded by the Florida Department of Commerce CDBG-MIT GRANT, (FEDERAL REGISTER NOTICE 84 FR 45838, 8/30/2019). Selected contractor and subcontractors will be required to meet conditions outlined in the CDBG Supplemental Conditions including Davis-Bacon pay rates, utilization of minority and women’s businesses and compliance with E-Verify in addition to other requirements outlined in the bid documents. Bids are to be submitted no later than FRIDAY, JANUARY 9, 2026, AT 11:00 A.M. at the City of Arcadia, City Clerk’s Office, Margaret Way Building, 23 N. Polk Avenue, Arcadia, Florida 34266.
