Teresa Conerly

Teresa Conerly joined the City of Arcadia as the Finance Director in May 2023. Prior to joining as Finance Director, Teresa was the Controller for the DeSoto Memorial Hospital for over 20 years. Teresa was born in Coral Gables and moved with her family to Arcadia from the Florida Keys in 1980. She graduated high school in 1986 and earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business in 1990, at Palm Beach Atlantic, and her Master’s of Health Care Administration in 1993, from Florida Tech. Teresa has been a resident of Arcadia for close to 40 years, having moved to Orlando and then to Clearwater while getting her Master’s degree and starting her career, but chose to return to her hometown of Arcadia in 1997.
