Linda Lowe

Linda Lowe is the Human Resource Director for the City of Arcadia where she manages all aspects of the Human Resources office.

Mrs. Lowe began her career with the State of Florida Department of Children and Families.  In January 2015 Mrs. Lowe joined the City of Arcadia where she has worked to improve the HR infrastructure and to create ways to engage all employees of the City.  Her responsibilities are to offer support in recruiting, policy development, salary surveys and provide training opportunities to all employees.

Mrs. Lowe is a member of the Florida Public Human Resources Association and the Society of Human Resource Management.  She enjoys DIY projects, scrapbooking, and is an avid cruiser.
