The City of Arcadia Municipal Mobile Home Park is a 55+ adult community located along SR 17 South.  Services also include Mobile Home/RV spots for temporary rentals.  Rates include electricity, water, sewer and garbage.

**Effective 4/7/2022, the City Mobile Home Park is allowing RV/Campers to stay for a maximum of 6 months.  Below are the rates:

Length of Stay Cost in Dollars
Per Night: $35.00
Weekly: $135.00
Monthly(With Maximum of 6 Months): $400.00
