Residential Garbage Pick-ups

The Solid Waste (Garbage) Division is responsible for picking up of residential and commercial garbage throughout the City.  Each residential garbage account gets 2 pick-up days per week and are allowed two (2) 35 gal. or smaller garbage containers or 4 garbage bags per pick-up day.

When the City is closed for a holiday there is no make-up garbage day.  If one (1) of your days was missed due to a holiday, you will be allowed extra amounts of garbage on your next regularly scheduled pick-up day.

Bulk Items (White Goods)

If you have bulk items, not regular household garbage, such as furniture or appliances that you would like us to pick-up, you must call 863-494-4334 to schedule a pick-up.  There may be an extra charge for additional pick-ups, the basic pick-up price is $10.00 per item and we do not pick-up tires or construction debris.
