Patricia Coram

Patty Coram is the Human Resources Director for the City of Arcadia.  She is responsible for managing all aspects of Human Resources and Risk Management for the City.  She plans to broaden recruitment efforts, provide supervisory training, and to assist all departments as needed.

Ms. Coram began her career in local government human resources with Lee County Government in 2000.  She has also held positions in HR with the 20th Judicial Circuit Court (Admin. Office of the Courts), the Fort Myers Beach Fire Department, and the City of Dade City.  She most recently worked as the Employee Relations & Talent Acquisition Manager with St. Johns County Government in St. Augustine, but wanted to return to Southwest Florida.

Patty is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.  In her spare time, she enjoys reading mysteries, traveling, and spending time with family.
